Virginia C. Lucas, 100, of Mount Prospect, Illinois, passed away on September 29, 2026. She was born on December 7, 1925 to the late John and Catherine (Dymek) Augustine. She was married to the late Robert Lucas. Virginia loved to play golf, mahjong, and cards. She also enjoyed traveling with her husband and friends.

She is survived by her daughters Cynthia (late James) Devos and Janet (late Jeff) Zack, grandchildren Barry, Tim (Sue), and Lacey (Maciek), and many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends in Florida. She was predeceased by her parents John and Catherine (Dymek) Augustine, husband Robert Lucas, and siblings John (late Helen), Edwin, and Florence (late Richard). Services will be private.
