Born on June 22, 1951 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Thomas and Lorraine (nee Heil) Leonard. He leaves behind a legacy of love, mentorship, and community involvement that touched the lives of many.
A man of unwavering dedication, Tom spent much of his life coaching generations of young athletes in Little League Baseball.
