Scotty Stuck, 20, passed away unexpectedly on June 20th in Des Plaines, Illinois. He was born on April 18, 2006, at Kettering Hospital.

Scotty is survived by his loving mother, Corky Grochocinski, and stepfather, Mike Grochocinski; his sister, Sydney Alcaraz, and brother-in-law, Taylor Price; his significant other, Isabella; and his uncle, Bill Stuck. He was preceded in death by his father, Deric Stuck, who passed away in September 2022.

Scotty spent his early years in Greenville, Ohio, where he grew up from 2006 to 2016. During that time, he loved playing baseball, collecting Pokémon cards, playing video games, and spending time camping and fishing. He shared a special bond with his dad, spending time together in the workshop, as well as fishing, camping, and occasionally traveling the road together.

He later moved to Tipp City, where he formed strong friendships, including a close bond with his friend Gavin Newsome, before eventually relocating to Illinois with his mother. Scotty attended Hersey High School and graduated in 2024. Following graduation, he pursued further schooling with the goal of becoming a teacher, while working full time to support himself through his education.

Scotty enjoyed spending time with his significant other, Isabella, and valued the relationships he built with those closest to him.

Scotty will be remembered for his warmth, patience, and understanding nature, along with a remarkable independence that defined who he was. He had a quiet wisdom beyond his years and a natural curiosity about the world. Whether he was learning how to fix cars or teaching himself about electronics, Scotty took pride in figuring things out on his own and approached everything with determination and self-reliance.

Scotty was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
