Samuel Anthony Horcher (aka Boy), age 21, a lifelong resident of Des Plaines, Illinois, passed away on September 2, 2024. He was born July 2, 2003 in Park Ridge, Illinois.

Sam is survived by his loving parents, Mark and Suzanne (nee Kozak) Horcher, his sister Jessica (Joshua) Dubas, and his beloved dog Pepsi. He was a hard-working student at the University of Illinois-Chicago and worked at Arlington Heights Ford in automotive parts with his father in addition to his entrepreneurial career. Sam had a passion for sneakers and took great pride in his car affectionately named Rebecca. Known for his innovative and creative spirit, Sam found opportunity in everything he did. Samuel will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. May he rest in peace.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm at The Bridge Community Church, 946 E Thacker St, Des Plaines, Illinois. A funeral service will be held at the church on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at 11:00 am.
