Robert J. Whitton, a resident of Felch, Michigan, formerly Des Plaines, has passed away on September 13, 2025 at the age of 79. Robert was the beloved husband of Trinidad Navarro, loving step-father of Cindy Mae Capuno and Francis Iris Ramos, and dear brother of Nancy (the late Matt) Sheridan. Robert was born in Chicago, Illinois to the late Robert and Gertrude (nee Carle) Whitton. Robert was a Veteran who served in the United States Army from 1965 to 1967. Robert was an avid hunter and outdoorsman who enjoyed working for the Des Plaines Park District.

Visitation will be held Monday, September 22nd from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service at 12:00 P.M. at G.L. Hills Funeral Home, 745 Graceland Ave, Des Plaines,Illinois.
