Robert Eugene Wartalski, age 68, of Prospect Heights, Illinois, passed away surrounded by family on March 29, 2022.

Beloved husband of Susan (Welter). Cherished stepfather of Kristin Emerson and Kelly (Herb) Neurauter. Proud papa of Jacob, Lily, and Tyler. Loved brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend to many. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and LaVerne (Mroczkowski) Wartalski.

Bob was passionate about fishing, coin collecting, cooking, and being outdoors. He was an avid Chicago Cubs fan. Bob enjoyed playing with his grandchildren and spending time at the family lake house.

A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, April 8, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at G.L. Hills Funeral Home, 745 Graceland Avenue, Des Plaines, Illinois.
