Robert John Schultz, age 60, of Mount Prospect, formerly of Des Plaines, Illinois passed away  May 31, 2021. Bob was born April 19, 1961 in Park Ridge, Illinois to Clarice (nee Kraus) and the late Donald Schultz. Loving father of Jennifer (Brett) Maple and Joseph Schultz. Proud grandfather of Maxwell and Jordan Maple. Dear brother of Pamela (the late Charles) Bogda and Joy (Steve) Drake. Beloved cousin, uncle to many nieces and nephews, friend to many. Bob grew up in Des Plaines and graduated from Maine West High School. He loved the Cubs and supported all of the Chicago teams. He often vacationed in Arizona and considered it a second home. He will be remembered for his wonderful sense of humor, that he inherited from his father. A memorial visitation will be held Monday, June 7, 2021 from 5:00 until 8:00 PM at G.L. Hills Funeral Home, 745 Graceland Avenue, Des Plaines, Illinois, 60016. Masks will be required.
