Riegna "Granny" Solorsano (nee Pierson), age 91, a resident of Des Plaines, Illinois for 30 years, passed away May 19, 2022. Beloved mother of Juanita Betancourt, Ceasario Solorsano, Thomas Solorsano, John Solorsano, and Lisa Prosperi; proud grandmother and great-grandmother to many. Riegna was born March 17, 1931 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Albert and the late Elizabeth (nee Seidenable) Pierson. A memorial visitation will be held Thursday, May 26, 2022 from 9:30 am until the time of mass at 10:30 am at St. Emily Church, 1400 E. Central Rd., Mt. Prospect, Illinois.
