Phillip A. Tobolt age 77 of Des Plaines, Illinois passed away peacefully on May 22, 2020. Loving husband of Doris (nee Vistain) Tobalt for 47 years. Proud father of Cheryl Dawn, Jason and Dean (Valerie). Beloved grandfather of Jimmy, Josh, Andrew, Matthew, Erin, Devan and Luke. Loving son of the late Vance and Bertha Tobolt. Devoted brother to Roger (Margie) Vance Jr. (Diane), Terry (Gloria), Judy VanCleve (David), Michael (Cathy) and Gregory (Jan). Cousin of Dennis and many cousins. Loving brother in law of Kathy Vistain, Nancy Thoren, Diane (Bob), Marty Vistain (Chris) and Darlene (Bob). Son in law to the late Charles and Delores Vistain. Uncle to many nieces and nephews.
