Patricia J. Pozniak (nee Folcik), age 89, a resident of Glenview, Illinois for 59 years passed away June 12, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Casimir Pozniak. Loving mother of Brian (Lisa), Michael (Tammy), and Mark (Shari) Pozniak. Cherished grandmother of Brendon, Sarah, Jamie (Melissa), and Jordan, and great-grandmother of Viviana and Jensen. Dear sister of Michael, the late Joey, and the late Joanie Folcik. Patricia was born October 22, 1932 in Taunton, Massachusetts to the late Joseph and the late Katherine (nee Januse) Folcik.
