Nancy Lee Kulin (nee Verran), age 93, of Schaumburg, Illinois, formerly of Des Plaines, passed away July 3, 2024. Beloved wife of 73 years to Philip Kulin. Loving mother of Kathleen Marie (Gerry) Sandel and Julie Ann (William) Dever. Proud grandmother of Kevin Sandel, Margaret (Joshua) Greer, Amy (Chris) Ester, Rachel (Sean) Piggott, and James Dever, and great-grandmother of Lydia, Josiah, Silas, and Julia Ester, Melody, Nathaniel, Philip, and Thomas Greer. Dear sister of the late Ronald and Ralph Verran.

Nancy was born March 30, 1931 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Roy and the late Evelyn (nee Riva) Verran. She was a devoted member of Galilee Baptist Church in Chicago and the Bridge Church, formerly the Des Plaines Bible Church. Nancy was known for her cuisine skills. She had a love for both cooking and baking, and was known for making all her dishes from scratch. She also enjoyed flower arranging for many church events. She was artistic as well in drawing sketching and painting.

Visitation will held Friday, July 12, 2024 from 10:00 am until the time of service at 12:00 pm at G.L. Hills Funeral Home, 745 Graceland, Des Plaines, Illinois.
