Michele L. Weber, age 66, of Des Plaines, Illinois passed away on September 13th, 2022. Loving sister of Dawn L. Weber. Proud mother of Philip JM Weber and mother-in-law of Jamie M Weber. Michele is preceded in her death by her parents Walter and Marilyn Weber. Throughout her life she was involved with many organizations including the Boy Scouts of America, Wheeling NJROTC, and First Congregational Church. Michele loved to travel to her favorite destinations including Austria, Hawaii, and the family lake home in Door County, Wisconsin. One of her favorite activities was fishing with the family. Michele was an avid fan of the Cubs, Bears, and Blackhawks and watched them often (when they were playing well). She was a friend to many and had a smile that could light up the biggest room. She loved celebrating and hosting family around the holidays and baking cookies. She made a special tray of cookies for the Des Plaines firehouse every year. She adored her fox terrier mix dog, Bella, who was her closest companion while others were at work. A memorial visitation will be held Saturday, September 24, 2022 from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at G.L. Hills Funeral Home, 745 Graceland Avenue, Des Plaines, Illinois.
