Mary Ruth Vanden Branden (nee Pabst) age 93 of Des Plaines, Illinois passed away on February 17, 2021. She was born on November 20, 1927 in St. Louis, Missouri to her parents Frank (Donna Irene nee Bennett) Pabst. Beloved wife of the late Peter Vanden Branden. Loving mother of Linda Haines, Denise Taber, Steven Vanden Branden and Gary Vanden Branden. Cherished grandmother of Rachel Vanden Branden Hudson, Gary Haines, David Haines, Richard Taber, Wesley Vanden Branden and the late Michael Haines. Proud great grandmother of 6. Dear aunt of Ken Pabst, Pat Gibson, Donna Mortimer and Connie Berry. Dear sister of the late Lorene Robinson and the late Robert Pabst. Visitation will on Thursday, February 25, 2021 beginning at 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 12:00 Noon at G.L. Hills Funeral Home, 745 Graceland Avenue, Des Plaines, Illinois 60016. Entombment will be in All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines, Illinois.
