Margaret Mary O'Toole, age 81, of Des Plaines, Illinois passed away March 30, 2026 at home. She was born April 27, 1944 in Chicago, Illinois to the late William and Mary Francis (nee Burke) O'Toole. Loving sister to William (the late Pat) O'Toole, Dennis (Linda) O'Toole, the late James (the late Betty) O'Toole, and the late Mary Alice (surviving Joseph) Hardiman. Dear aunt to Kathy, Kevin, Bill, Patti, Thomas, Chris, Timothy, Mary, Matthew, Terrance, Laurie, and Nicholas, James, Holly, John, Lucy, Peggy, Bill, Frank, Jerry, Josie, Mary, and Dinah, Joseph Hardiman Jr., Michael, Molly, Patrick, and Suzy, Jenny and Aimee. She will be remembered and missed by all who knew her.

Visitation will be held Friday, April 10, 2026 from 9:30 am until 10:30 am at G.L. Hills Funeral Home, 745 Graceland Avenue, Des Plaines. Funeral Mass to follow at 11:00 am at St. Mary Church, 794 Pearson St., Des Plaines. Interment in All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.
