Lucille M.  Wolter-Vlieger (nee Boergener) age 96 of Sugarland ,Texas, formerly of Des Plaines, Illinois since 1946 passed away on April 30, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Ernest Wolter and the late Raymond Vlieger. Loving mother of Keith (Judith) Wolter and the late Linda (William) Matson. Step mother of Virginia (Timothy) Wright and the late Roger (Kathleen) Vlieger. Cherished grandmother of W. Thomas Matson Jr. and Martha (Greg) Rodriguez, Philip Wolter and Caroline (Josh) Justice. Step grandmother of Ross (Kelly) Vlieger, Jessica Wright and Kevin Wright. Great grandmother of Autumn Matson, Zachary Wolter, Dominik Rodriguez, Ryan Nicole Vlieger, Miles Vlieger and Grayson Marie Justice. Dear sister of the late Leona Schmahl. Aunt of 3.
