Obituary

Lucas Camilo Noriega Castillo, age 18, of Des Plaines, Illinois passed  away May 6, 2022. Beloved son of Carlos C. Noriega and Marlene F. Castillo. Loving brother of Selma (Dado) Karic. Dear uncle of Amar Karic. Lucas was born January 16, 2004 in Skokie, Illinois. Lucas attended ( Maine East ) High School and was going to start at Oakton Community College in the fall to pursue a career in Audio Engineering. Since a very young age Lucas had a passion for music and art and expressed himself creatively. He could quickly learn any instrument he picked up. Some time around (2017), Lucas discovered one of his life's passions which was graffiti and he created his alter ego Toroe/Toro and his artwork can be seen all across Chicago. Though Lucas's body may not be here physically, his art will live with us forever and the memories he shared will continue to inspire those around him. At just only 18 years old he was such a decisive, energetic and caring person who never left anything for tomorrow. He cherished and valued his family, always saying he loved his "primas". Lucas is survived by a big family spread out across the globe who will continue to honor who he was and what he stood for. We love you so much. " Visitation for Lucas will be taking place on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 beginning at 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. at the Bridge Community Church, 946 E.
