Lorraine M. King, age 75, a life-long resident of Chicago, Illinois passed away November 18, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Richard King, a Vietnam Veteran. Loving grandmother of Jessica King and grand-dog Laney, and mother of Sheryl A. King. Dear sister of Andrew (Midde) Senorski, Mary (Tom) Krauss, James (Christine) and John Senorski. Fond aunt to Joseph, Patrick, Peter and Elizabeth Senorski, Jennifer Varas and Nicholas Krauss, and Eric and Carl Senorski. Unforgettable Tia of many great nieces and nephews. Lorraine was born April 2, 1947 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Henry A. and the late Irene N. (nee Srubas) Senorski. Lorraine was a survivor of the Our Lady of Angels fire, and she served as a board member for the Friends of Our Lady of Angels. Those who were close to her would know of her vivid imagination. She could take you on imaginary journeys with her stories, and Lorraine passed that fantastical wonder down to her granddaughter and nieces and nephews. She truly had a vivaciousness for life. Lorraine was also very loving. She had an unconditional love for everyone she met, and she was as generous too. She will be missed by many family and friends. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 22, 2022 from 10:00 am until the time of service at 12:00 pm at G.L. Hills Funeral Home, 745 Graceland Avenue, Des Plaines, Illinois.
