Lilia Corral-Chavez, age 81, a resident of Chicago, Illinois since 1975 passed away September 27, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Jose Corral. Loving mother of Lilia (William) Nunez. Proud grandmother of William, Joshua, and Juliana. Dear sister of the late Reynaldo, the late Socorro, the late Griselda, the late Margarita, Venustiano, Francisco, Ricardo, and Ernesto Chavez. Lilia was born February 22, 1943 in Chihuahua, Mexico to the late Raul and the late Marcolfa Chavira Chavez.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 9, 2024 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at G.L. Hills Funeral Home, 745 Graceland Avenue, Des Plaines, Illinois. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 10, 2024 beginning with prayers at the funeral home at 9:15 am followed by Mass at 10:00 am at the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe, 1170 N.
