Kevin Paul Wilk, age 63, of Des Plaines, formerly a resident of Roselle, Illinois for 23 years, passed away July 9, 2023. Beloved husband of Jennifer (nee Foust). Loving father of Paul (Emily), Brad, Danny (Nicole), Christine, and Amy. Proud grandfather of Hannah, Olivia, Henry, Casey, Kylie, and Colton. Dear brother of Darrel, Kerry, Linda, Julie, Leon, and the late Celia. Kevin was born January 22, 1960 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Casimir and the late Jean (nee Reeves) Wilk. For many years, he coached little league football and baseball. He was a hard worker and it showed in everything he did. Kevin had a great love for nature and the outdoors, he was known to befriend animals. He also enjoyed spending time with friends and family while sitting in front of a campfire. His greatest love was his grandkids. Kevin will be remembered and missed by many. A visitation will be held Friday, July 14, 2023 from 4:00 pm until the time of service at 7:00 pm at G.L. Hills Funeral Home, 745 Graceland Avenue, Des Plaines, Illinois.
