Kary J. Green, age 48, a lifelong resident of Des Plaines, Illinois passed away December 9, 2024. Beloved sister of Edward M. (Michelle) Green. Loving aunt to Eddie and Ellie Green. Kary was like a sister to Sara (Todd) Dexter and Amy (Richard) Quirk. Dearest cat-mom to her three kitties, Jade, Chase, and Gobbie. She will be remembered and missed by her friends and neighbors, who were like her family.

Kary was born October 25, 1976 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Edward L. and the late Jacqueline L. (nee Klewer) Green. She was very involved in local organizations, including the Jaycees and the Elks Club. In her free time, she loved making jewelry. Kary also found peace and joy in the outdoors, usually camping and boating in Wisconsin at Scenic Ridge Campground, which was a home away from home for her.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at 11:00 am at Irving Park Cemetery, 7777 Irving Park Rd, Chicago, Illinois.
