Loving mother of Mary Jakocko, Nancy (Patrick) O'Toole, and John (Donna) Jakocko. Proud grandmother of seven and great-grandmother of nine. June was born January 25, 1936 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Frank and the late Carrie (nee Dykeman) Jancik. Private family services will be held.
