Joyce Albrecht Spitzer, age 87, of Des Plaines, Illinois passed away November 14, 2023. A precious mother with a loving heart that will be missed everyday by her children Randall (Jayme) Spitzer and Kathalynn Bryant. Adoring, devoted grandmother to Matthew, Mark, and Alyssa. Compassionate sister to James (Lynn), Robert (Quinn), Michael (Judy) Albrecht, and the late Shirley Bertram. Caring aunt to many nieces and nephews. Joyce was born April 2, 1936 in Palatine, Illinois to the late Edwin and Gladys (nee Jurs) Albrecht. Visitation will be held Sunday, November 19, 2023 from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm at G.L. Hills Funeral Home, 745 Graceland Avenue, Des Plaines, Illinois. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home Monday, November 20, 2023 beginning with an additional visitation at 10:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am.
