Helen M. Foulkes (nee Pacilio), age 98, a resident of Des Plaines, Illinois for over 20 years, passed away April 20, 2021. Beloved wife of 41 years to the late David Foulkes. Dear mother of Patrick (Linda) Simmons and Suzy (Basile) Rabbat. Loving grandmother of Patrick Simmons, Michael (Sophie Martin) Rabbat, and Anne Rabbat (Thomas Rosenthal), and great-grandmother of Thomas Rabbat, Philippe Rabbat, and Benjamin Rosenthal.
