Hedwig Nees (nee Goldmann), age 94, a long-time resident of Chicago, Illinois passed away November 4, 2022. Beloved wife of 51 years to Erich Nees. Loving mother of Regina (Jeff) Goolsby, Roy (Anna) Nees, and the late Angela Nees. Preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters. Hedwig was born May 17, 1928 in Vitkov, Czech Republic to the late Josef and the late Anna (nee Lang) Goldmann.
