Harold Arthur Wigginton age 75 of Des Plaines for 45 years, Illinois passed away on September 12, 2022. He was born on March 20, 1947 to his parents the late Robert and Edith Wigginton in Chicago, Illinois. Harold was the beloved husband of Joan M. (Majerowski) for 45 years. Loving father of Lynn Wigginton and Sandra (Ryan) Schultz. Proud and cherished grandfather of Charlotte, Whitney and Jameson Schultz. Dear brother of James (the late Karen) and Janet (Thomas) Day. Fond uncle of many. Harold was a member of the Odd Fellows and a life long White Sox Fan.Visitation will be taking place on Thursday, September 15, 2022 beginning at 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at G.L. Hills Funeral Home, 745 Graceland Avenue, Des Plaines, Illinois 60016. Harold will lie in state on Friday, September 16, 2022 beginning at 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, 675 Algonquin Road, Des Plaines, Illinois 60018. Burial will be taking place in Maryhill Cemetery located in Niles, Illinois.
