Grace Marie Flynn (nee Konczyk), age 95, at peace with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and reunited with loved ones previously passed, on September 25, 2023, surrounded, loved, and comforted by her family. Loving wife of the late John J. Flynn, Jr., loving mother of Patrick, Eileen (Jerry) Smith, Bernard, Therese (Dave) Mohar, John (Janet), and Jim (Amy). Loving grandmother of Tracy (Jeremiah) Sarmiento, Nicholas (Lauren) Flynn, Matthew (Kimberly) Smith, Colleen (TJ) Briscoe, Jamie Flynn, Grace Flynn, Zachary Mohar, Bernard (Ashley) Mohar, Richard Mohar, Thomas Flynn, Lydia Flynn, Marie Flynn, Claire Flynn, and Jack Flynn, and great grandmother to Lucca, Lorenzo, Olivia, Amelia, Addison, Lily, Timothy, Kennedy, and Easton.   Beloved daughter of the late Bruno and the late Estelle Konczyk; dear sister of the late Rita (the late John) Witkowski, the late B. James (the late Mary Ellen) Konczyk, and the late Daniel (the late Shirley) Konczyk.  Dear sister-in-law to the late Tom and the late Donna Flynn.  Dear aunt to many.  Grace lived her life completely devoted to her faith, her family, and countless friends whose lives she touched over her lifetime.  A visitation will be held Friday, September 29, 2023, from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the G.L. Hills Funeral Home, 745 Graceland Avenue, Des Plaines, Illinois.  Visitation will continue at G.L. Hills Funeral home at 9:15 a.m. Saturday, September 30, 2023, immediately followed by a funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Stephen the Protomartyr Catholic Church, 1280 Prospect Ave, Des Plaines, Illinois.  Interment to follow in All Saints Cemetery, 700 N.
