Dawn Marie Kennedy, age 58, of Arlington Heights, Illinois passed away August 31, 2022. Beloved wife of Michael Kennedy. Loving mother of Nicole Zemroz. Amazing Gram Gram to Gabriel and Kayden. Dear sister of Tom (Katie) Shawke. Loving daughter of Robert (Gloria) Shawke and the late Nancy Shawke (nee Honicel). Best friend to many. Dawn was a nurse and made her life's work to care for others. She has spent the last 29 years sponsoring women to help them better their lives. She and Michael recently moved into her dream home in Arlington Heights. Dawn will be remembered as being a wonderful wife, mother, Gram Gram, sister, daughter, friend and nurse. memorial visitation will be held Monday, September 12, 2022 from 3:00 pm until the time of service at 6:00 pm at G.L.
