David J. Poduch, age 80, a resident of Des Plaines, Illinois for 47 years passed away January 1, 2022. Beloved husband of 59 years to Judy (nee Roshman) Poduch. Loving father of Gary (Elizabeth) and Dennis (Tracy) Poduch. Proud grandfather of Charlotte (Scott) Carlson, Kelly Poduch, Erica (Jeffrey) Langevin, Rebecca (Michael) Ryder, Erin and Jenna Poduch, and great-grandfather of Joanna and Kennedy Carlson, Thomas Ryder, and Eleanor Langevin. Dear brother of Jane Penchoff, June Herbold, and the late Robert (Martha) Poduch. David loved fishing and was a member of Salmon Unlimited in Des Plaines. He was also a member of St. Zachary Church and enjoyed bowling in his free time. A visitation will be held on Thursday, January 6, 2022 from 10:00 am until the time of service at 12:00 pm at G.L.
