Carol Ann Rushing (nee Thompson) age 85 of Chicago, Illinois passed away on February 24, 2022 in Park Ridge, Illinois. She was born on June 18, 1936 in Chicago, Illinois to her parents Robert and Ione (nee Metz) Thompson. Beloved wife of the late William E. Rushing for 65 years. Loving mother of Cheryl (Dennis) Capps and Timothy (Denise) Rushing. Cherished grandmother of Ryan (Elizabeth) Capps, Kevin (Amy) Capps, Anthony (Rosa) Rushing and Katherine (Aaron) Cook. Proud great grandmother of Jonathan Capps, Jameson Cook, William Rushing, Emilia Cook and Warren Rushing. A memorial visitation will be taking place on Sunday, February 27, 2022 beginning at 2:00 p.m. until time of memorial service at 4:00 p.m. at G.
