Benjamin A. Agana, age 89, a resident of Des Plaines, Illinois since 1966 passed away February 21, 2023. Beloved husband of 65 years to Erlinda Agana (nee San Luis). Loving father of Jonathan (Lany) Agana, Rubi (Jet) Defensor, and Benjamin T. (Maria) Agana. Cherished grandfather of Maigen (Dustin), Ellyn, Kaylan (Anthony), Adrienne, Joel, Mia, and Francesca, with a great-granddaughter on the way. Dear brother of Elena and Estefania. Benjamin was born September 16, 1933 in the Philippines to the late Marcelino and the late Maria (nee Agcaoili) Agana. He made his career as a Mechanical Engineer. Benjamin was involved with St. Zachary Parish, PESO, Circulo Capampangan and Nueva Ecija. Visitation will be held Friday February 24, 2023 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at G.L. Hills Funeral Home, 745 Graceland Ave., Des Plaines, IL.
