Andrzej Puka, age 69, of Marco Island, Florida, formerly of Des Plaines, Illinois for 20 years, passed away October 7, 2024. Beloved husband of Barbara (nee Brozek). Loving father of Gregory (Martyna), David (Sabina), and Małgorzata (Klaude). Proud grandfather of Mason, Mila, Julia, and Casper. Dear brother of Zbigniew, Leszek, and Markus Puka. Fond uncle to many nieces and nephews. Andrzej was born January 13, 1955 in Gliwice, Poland to the late Roman and the late Stanislawa (nee Ewiak) Puka.

Visitation will be held Thursday, October 17, 2024 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at G.L. Hills Funeral Home, 745 Graceland Avenue, Des Plaines, Illinois. Funeral Mass will be held Friday, October 18, 2024 at 12:00 pm at St. Zachary Parish, 567 W Algonquin Rd, Des Plaines, Illinois. Interment to follow in Maryhill Cemetery, Niles, Illinois.
