Alice A. Bradley, nee Buckley, age 86, was called home on May 24, 2023.  Alice was born in Chicago to the late James C. and Mary B. Buckley, nee Donahue.  Loving sister to the late Jim (Karen Falknor Mcdonough) Tom (Roni) and Bob (Margaret) Buckley.  Strong loving mother to Jim, the late Bob, Mary Beth, Peggy (Tom Parkison) John and special mom to Kathy Janes Marsala.  Tender loving grandmother to Shari, the late MJ, Jimmy, Arissa, Alison, Patrick, Russell, Benjamin, Sarah, Tommy, Helen and Elizabeth.  Proud great grandmother (GG) to Kai, Madison, Aria and Elijah. Nieces and Nephews Jim, Joyce, Steve, Judy, Christine Michael, Rob, Shannon, Maggie and Joe. Loving cat mom especially to her beloved, Nicki.  Many great nieces, nephews and cousins, Yes big Irish catholic family!   Alice moved to Des Plaines at age 10 and became a lifelong resident of Des Plaines.  She attended St. Mary's school, St. Patrick's Academy and graduated in 1955, married her high school sweetheart the late James Bradley.  Alice found great enjoyment singing for wedding ceremonies and had a voice like an angel.  She found peace playing the piano and enjoyed decoupage.  Alice was a secretary and retired from the Salvation Army where she made great friendships.   Alice was an incredibly strong, kind, thoughtful, spiritual woman and had a heart of gold, she touched so many lives and you could see her unconditional love in her beautiful blue eyes. She truly was unforgettable and will be missed greatly.  Memorial visitation will be held Sunday, June 4, 2023 from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm at G.L. Hills Funeral Home, 745 Graceland Ave., Des Plaines, Illinois.  Funeral mass will be held Monday, June 5, 2023 at 10:00 am at St Mary's Church, 794 Pearson St, Des Plaines, Illinois.  Interment to follow at All Saints Cemetery, 700 N.
