Alberta Fischer (nee Zelinski) age 79 of Des Plaines Illinois passed away December 6, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Gerald " Jerry" Fischer for 58 years. Loving mother of Karen (Bill) Sureck, Kurt (Laura) Fischer, and Kristen (Neil) Straessle. Proud grandmother of Paige (Erik) Desch, Brett Straessle, Abigail Straessle, and Jeffrey Fischer. Fond sister of Donald (Carol) Zelinski. Visitation Monday, December 10, 2018 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at G.L. Hills Funeral Home 745 Graceland Ave, Des Plaines, IL. Funeral Mass Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Zachary Catholic Church 567 W. Algonquin Road, Des Plaines, IL.
