Alice G. Davis (nee Johnson), 84, passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2011. She was the beloved wife of the late Marlan; loving mother of Scott (Mary) and Jon (Elaine) Davis; proud grandmother of Christopher, Rebecca, Kevin, Michael, Belinda and Ian; and dear sister of Albin (Laverna) Johnson and Eileen (Wallace) Muellenberg. Alice was an active member of the First United Methodist Church and the choir. She was also a member of the P.E.O. and the A.A.U.W. She was a graduate of Dakota Wesleyan University in South Dakota. A memorial gathering will take place on Saturday, January 7, beginning at 10 a.m. until the time of Memorial Service at 11 a.m. at First United Methodist Church, 668 Graceland Avenue, Des Plaines.
